Grinding off gate witnesses to customer specifications by operating a variety of manual and CNC machinesDetecting cracks in parts (mag particles), if applicableHeat treating parts to customer specifications and measuring hardness of partsPerforming preventative maintenance on the daily checklists of inspecting hose nozzles, and sandblasters, cleaning inside of equipment, and greasing fittingsSending parts to outside subcontractors and receiving and inspecting parts upon return. This could include working in the Wax Cell, Melt Cell, or Finishing CellIf certified on the forklift or power pallet jack, load and unload trucks, receive and deliver incoming packages, and if applicable, ship packages UPS.
