You will prepare financial analysis and narratives for leadership and Board presentations, partner with business leaders on vendor and commercial negotiations, coordinate commercial contract reviews with Defendify's corporate attorney, and support equity fundraising, debt financing, lender relationships, and financial diligence as needed. Lead the complete day to day finance and accounting operation, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, collections, payroll coordination, cash management, banking, and relationships with accountants and other financial advisors.
