Primary Purpose: Provides support to the department by assisting in managing building automation projects, field adjustments, repairs and change out of existing mechanical system controls, control valves, variable air volume (VAV) and all related mechanical controls issues. Essential Job Functions: Installs, repairs, adjusts, troubleshoots, services and maintains electric and pneumatic control systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, humidity, laboratory equipment, including calibration of related instruments, gauges and controls.
