Responsibilities: • Own and support client technical environments in a Managed Services context, including B-One application servers, SQL Server databases, and batch scheduling systems • Design and maintain workflows covering security master loads, position/transaction imports, price feeds, NAV reconciliation, calculation runs, and report generation • Work with relational databases to query, analyze, and optimize data processing • Support and troubleshoot application server and infrastructure-related issues • Provide clear communication and transparency on incidents, changes, and client requests • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams.
