Principal responsibilities include cleaning rooms for the next admission after a participant has been discharged, packing up and moving client property according to established protocols, assisting with management of durable medical equipment and program supply storage areas, ordering and picking up program supplies and food, coordinating the food box program and maintaining the food pantry. The multidisciplinary team coordinates health care through the Blackburn Center, providing short-term supportive housing, crisis management, referral to appropriate substance abuse, physical health, and mental health treatment, access to benefits and entitlements, appropriate and affordable housing, and further provide pathways to self-sufficiency.
