The Senior Manager of Lightwave Technology manages a team of highly skilled electro/optical engineers to research, design, develop, prototype, test, and transfer to manufacture Clients next generation high reliability undersea products, including repeaters, branching units, and ROADMs. The role is expected to confer with senior managers, program managers, undersea technologists and engineers, production engineers, as well as leading component suppliers to ensure project deliverables and objectives are being met.
