Acting as the primary IT owner for HR technology, this role translates HR business needs into scalable system solutions, manages platform enhancements through disciplined backlog and release processes, and partners with HR, Payroll, and IT, and vendors to continuously improve employee and manager experiences through automation, analytics, and emerging technologies (including AI-enabled capabilities). Support and monitor integrations and data feeds between UKG and downstream systems (e.g., payroll, finance, identity management, analytics), troubleshooting errors and partnering with IT teams as needed.
