Maintain current knowledge of the computer systems, endpoint devices (physical and virtual workstations, laptops, and mobile devices), software applications, audiovisual technologies, networks, and computing environments supported by Ithaca College Information Technology and Analytics. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Educational Technology, Healthcare Simulation, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience.
