<p>Archbishop Hannan High School is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Technology Support Technician to join our IT team. This is a newly created, part-time position designed to provide day-to-day technical support to students, teachers, and staff. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of troubleshooting a wide range of technology issues in a school environment.</p><p>The Technology Support Technician's role is to support and help maintain school-owned devices. This includes installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal performance. Drive revenue growth by managing Gears & Winches sales in the Americas through strategic planning, client negotiations, and market expansion. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical solutions while spending 50%+ time in the field, including extensive U.S. and international travel. Remote eligible for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: Manage all sales activities for Gears & Winches across North and South America. Conduct commercial and technical negotiations directly with customer procurement teams. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners. Support inside sales on operational tasks including quotes, invoices, and follow-ups. Monitor market trends, competitors, and adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses.
