Qualifications What you'll need to succeed: + University degree in Engineering or related degree preferred + 3 years of experience in Blow Molding, Hot Plate Welding, Assembly Equipment or other related experience required + Experience in Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic systems, and programming logic + Robotics experience preferred (FANUC) + Proven mechanical skills + Prior experience leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports preferred + Support a 24/7 environment as shifts may change due to business needs. What awaits you: + Oversee blow molding, injection molding, and hot-plate welding processes to maintain efficient, productive operations + Monitor and ensure proper machine operation across all molding platforms to achieve manufacturing targets (cycle times, shot weights, and injection parameters).
