Provide HR support across Soldier Field and Chicago recreational facilities, including Maggie Daley Park, McFetridge Sports Center, ComEd Recreation Center, Morgan Park Sports Center, Dr. Conrad Worrill Track & Field Center, and Kedzie Baseball Park. Working closely with the Senior Human Resources Manager and facility leadership, this role will assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, benefits, and compliance while supporting a diverse workforce in a fast-paced, multi-facility environment.
