Required Qualifications: Valid state licenses in Iowa and Illinois; at least 1 year of previous stepdown experience; current certifications in Basic Life Support (AHA) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (AHA); a drivers license; work history/resume; completed skills checklist within 1 year of submission; license verification; copy of required certifications; supervisory reference at time of submission; minimum of 1 travel contract completed preferred. Candidates must have experience with medications including Amiodarone, Cardizem, Nitro, Insulin, Heparin, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Isuprel, Milrinone, and Argatroban, with some titration involved.
