Lead supporting activities for the operation team including 5S and Lean manufacturing activities, material handling improvements, production line configuration, and safety procedures. Provide effective day-to-day supervision, training and coaching to assigned maintenance associates to achieve the required equipment up time, equipment repairs, and production goals.
