Working in close partnership with the Director of Commercial Technology and business owners across Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Pricing & Market Access, and Trade & Distribution, this individual will translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions that improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and support Arrowhead's rapidly expanding commercial organization. Drive the day-to-day administration, enhancement, optimization, and operational support of ZS ZAIDYN, partnering with business owners to evaluate needs, prioritize enhancements, resolve issues, and continuously improve platform capabilities.
