FWI is building a team to administer, maintain, secure, and accredit the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network, which provides the IT environment for 100% of DLIFLC teaching and instruction for all students, staff, faculty, and guests. This position will serve as the Government's senior technical escalation point for end-user support, bridging helpdesk operations, desktop services, and enterprise IT systems to drive efficient problem resolution. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide highest level of technical support to end users by handling escalated service requests</li><li>Develop solutions for complex network, desktop, and server problems</li><li>Analyze existing systems and make proactive recommendations for improvements</li><li>Develop, maintain, and implement systems, applications, and networking configurations</li><li>Oversee deployment and configuration of desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals (Apple & Windows)</li><li>Coordinate Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) remediation on workstations</li><li>Ensure compliance with DoD Information Assurance standards for all client devices</li><li>May be required to travel (CONUS/OCONUS)</li></ul> 

Qualifications:
Required: <ul><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">BA/BS from accredited college/university with minimum 5 years experience OR AA/AS with minimum 7 years experience OR 9+ years related technical experience (in lieu of degree)</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Requires one of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Windows or Apple Certified Technician</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Advanced knowledge of current Microsoft desktop and server operating systems</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, and other server applications</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Advanced knowledge of computer and server hardware</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Familiarity with network troubleshooting</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience with Ivanti Management Suite (or equivalent ITSM Platforms), Microsoft SCCM, or Jamf Pro</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Professional customer service skills</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment</li><li>Secret level security clearance</li></ul>  <div><div><div>FWI is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets. </div></div></div>

This position involves working closely with clients, families, therapists, and physicians to ensure the appropriate equipment is provided to maximize independence and enhance quality of life. A strong understanding of clinical conditions and extensive knowledge of rehabilitation equipment are essential for success in this role.</div><div> </div><div>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, functional limitations, and mobility goals based on therapist assessment findings and physician orders. This includes assessing physical abilities, environmental factors, and lifestyle considerations.</li><li>Actively collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists (PT,OT,SLP), clients and caregivers to develop individualized plans of care to achieve client mobility goals.</li><li>Recommend appropriate CRT equipment and associated interventions based on client’s identified physical needs and mobility goals. </li><li>Manage/Facilitate efficient procurement processes from equipment specification through delivery.</li><li>Attain and apply clinical, technical and interpersonal skills in a needs analysis of complex mobility issues for individuals with various disabilities.</li><li>Deliver and fit of equipment, assuring that functional goals established at the evaluation are metProvide thorough training and education to clients, families and caregivers on the safe and effective use of recommended equipment.
