What You Will Need:<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">10–15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including company-wide responsibility </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Proven success leading enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale system implementations </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Strong expertise in: </li><li><ul style="margin-top:0in"><li style="margin-bottom:0in">ERP systems</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Servers running Windows Server operating systems </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Cybersecurity and data governance </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Business intelligence and analytics platforms, preferably Microsoft exchange-based</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Communication systems and computer hardware</li></ul></li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Demonstrated experience with: </li><li><ul style="margin-top:0in"><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Budgeting, capital planning, and financial management </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Vendor management and contract negotiation </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Project management methodologies and large-scale program delivery.</li></ul></li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Some overnight travel to farming operations and facilities may be required </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Remote work not available for this position </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">A valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record </li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.</li></ul>What Will Set You Apart:<ul><li>Master’s or MBA.</li><li>Experience in agriculture, food production, or manufacturing or supply chain-intensive industries.</li></ul>

Benefits:
