Recruiting for this role ends on 06/30/2026 Work you'll do As a Senior Consultant, Technical Resilience on the Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team, you will be responsible for: + Supporting the assessment, design, and implementation of technical resilience, business continuity, and operational resilience programs + Analyzing client processes, systems, dependencies, and risks to identify resilience gaps and recommend remediation actions + Developing recovery strategies, continuity plans, playbooks, and supporting documentation for critical business and technology functions + Facilitating exercises, testing activities, and stakeholder working sessions to evaluate readiness and improve response capabilities + Creating project deliverables, status updates, and client presentations that communicate findings, priorities, and implementation plans A successful candidate would possess these skills: + Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team + Effective written and verbal communication skills + Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product + Ability to build and sustain professional relationships + Ability to lead projects or workstreams + Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment + Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor + Ability to meet deadlines + Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The team The Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team helps organizations address enterprise challenges through business-led, technology-enabled transformation.
