Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Senior Superintendent, experience managing commercial construction, multifamily construction, healthcare, industrial, education, mixed-use, or large-scale building projects, strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, safety practices, and quality control, experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders, ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, knowledge of scheduling software and construction management platforms, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, demonstrated ability to manage fast-paced projects while maintaining a strong attention to detail, OSHA training or related safety certifications preferred. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day construction site operations from mobilization through project completion, leading and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel, developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and quality expectations, monitoring and enforcing site safety procedures, conducting jobsite meetings, coordinating inspections, testing, and permitting requirements, identifying and resolving construction challenges, driving productivity while maintaining quality workmanship, reviewing construction documents, maintaining accurate project documentation, fostering a positive, professional jobsite culture focused on teamwork and accountability.
