Our agency provides support services to adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and thanks to our new Technology Pilot Program we are implementing assistive technology and remote monitoring to help our clients get the support they need while minimizing in-person staffing. The Technology Pilot Program Staff is also responsible for assessing the need for emergency response, communicating with emergency services as needed, and communicating and dispatching field personnel when the need arises.
