Significant anomalies, suspicious activities, unauthorized materials, potential technical penetrations, security violations, or other reportable conditions shall be immediately reported to the Lead CST, SSPM, or other designated site security representative. The CST is responsible for monitoring construction activities, inspecting materials and equipment, identifying potential security anomalies, and helping prevent the introduction of unauthorized technical devices or materials into secure construction areas.
