This part-time position manages projects involving inside plant (ISP) and outside plant (OSP) fiber optic infrastructure, structured cabling, telecommunications, network infrastructure, audiovisual (AV)/VTC systems, equipment installation, and related low-voltage and technology infrastructure from planning and site survey through installation, testing, customer acceptance, and project closeout. The Program Manager works closely with government personnel, engineers, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities, track schedules and deliverables, resolve issues, and help ensure projects are completed within scope and in accordance with contractual, technical, security, and customer requirements.
