p>RESPONSIBILITIES: - Interact with all levels of the organization to facilitate successful Enterprise Customer installations and support needs.
- Collaborate effectively with Field Services, Sales Engineering, Sales Representatives, Voice Engineering, NTAC & our Cloud Voice Team while working toward common goals related to our customer journey.
- Day to day functions to include but are not limited to: Setting up new service, owning your list of high touch clientele, solving problems, coordinating with third party vendors, mostly though, be exceptional.
