Support financings, strategic transactions, and other major corporate matters by managing diligence requests, data rooms, transaction checklists, signatures, closing documents, and closing binders. You'll work closely with our Legal team and leaders across the business on corporate governance, financings and strategic transactions, Board matters, contracts, entity management, and other major company milestones.
