While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to walk long distances on uneven surfaces, climb stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, occasionally lift moderate weights (up to 50 pounds), and inspect various areas of a construction site in all weather conditions, which may involve reaching, crawling, and stretching; they also need good vision, hearing, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Work hours will be dictated by the needs of the business for client-related project schedules; field working conditions to oversee project progress, including nights and weekends.
