Job Responsibilities: Understand and meet performance metrics: Demonstrate a strong understanding of call center Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to call volume, call quality, average handle time, response time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction, and consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
