Inspects, repairs, tests, and maintains the following systems: domestic water, sanitation/sewer, fire protection, exhaust, air handling, hot water heat, heating/cooling, emergency power, pneumatic air control, propane delivery, nurse call system, and cable TV. Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience: Some College One to two years of vocational education in service oriented area related to mechanical, electrical and plumbing operations or five years of experience in related area required.
