This role provides leadership and direction to department leaders and is accountable for overall plant performance, workforce development, financial performance, customer fulfillment, safety, quality, reliability, environmental compliance, and long-term operational success. Work hours may vary significantly based on operational needs and may require early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, outage support, emergency response, or other operational demands necessary to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the facility.
