Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and document management Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Support payroll processing and related administrative tasks Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary financial information Assist with month-end close activities and reporting as needed Handle general office duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and organizing records Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Prior experience supporting an accounting or finance team Hands-on experience with SAGE and/or QuickBooks required Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Additional Details: This is a temporary opportunity covering a leave of absence On-site role based in Hamilton, NJ Immediate availability a must Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individuals skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
