<h1>Opportunity</h1>PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide on-site medical and wellness services within a federally supported residential youth program in Chicopee, Massachusetts.Our client operates a comprehensive residential program serving young adults, ages 16–24. The program's mission is to prepare participants for meaningful employment and independent living.This role provides direct clinical services to students and collaborates closely with residential and program staff in a structured, community-based environment.<h1>Position Overview</h1>This is a contract position with full-time availability, up to 40 hours per week.<ul><li>Schedule: Monday–Friday</li><li>Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM</li><li>No weekends required</li><li>Location: On-site in Chicopee, MA (no telehealth or remote option)</li></ul>The Registered Nurse will support the Health & Wellness program through direct patient care, prevention initiatives, health education, and coordination with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary staff. <h1>Key Responsibilities</h1>The Registered Nurse will provide on-site nursing services within the scope of practice under the applicable state nurse practice act and Job Corps Wellness Guidelines.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Triaging urgent and emergent medical situations</li><li>Providing first aid, clinical assessments, and basic treatment</li><li>Monitoring students with chronic health conditions</li><li>Administering medications and assisting with examinations</li><li>Coordinating referrals and follow-up care with healthcare providers</li><li>Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation and records</li><li>Tracking laboratory results, immunizations, and regulatory compliance requirements</li><li>Delivering individual and group health education sessions</li><li>Maintaining medical and prescription supply inventories</li><li>Providing staff training on health and wellness topics</li><li>Collaborating with community healthcare partners and program leadership</li><li>Supporting a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus environment</li><li>Mentoring students through professional role modeling and participation in program initiatives as assigned</li></ul><h1>Qualifications</h1>Licensure<ul><li>Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Massachusetts.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in a clinical, school-based, residential, or community health setting required.</li><li>Experience working with adolescents or young adults preferred.</li><li>Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.</li><li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.</li></ul><h1>About PsyPhyCare</h1>PsyPhyCare is committed to delivering professional and passionate practitioners who impact their world, supporting both the individuals we serve and the communities in which they live and grow.

This position will support and improve operations, data capture, customer flow and report writing, and general operating capabilities. The Project Specialist is responsible for collaborating with funders, stakeholders, and participants to understand the vision and objectives of JFES. This position will work directly with EDSI staff to support the goals of the JFES program. 

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions<ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Work with director, managerial staff, and contractor’s staff to ensure that customer flow, service delivery and data management are efficient and effective</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Have detailed knowledge of the performance goals of the JFES program</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Work directly with the Quality Assurance Team and Managers on any participant reporting, data tracking, ETO and CTHires modifications or corrections </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Offer individual training and follow-up to staff to ensure corrections are understood and corrected moving forward </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Remain current on industry information and regional job trends </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Support the AJC JFES team with any special participant cases and situations </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Step-in for leadership coverage and support as needed </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Facilitate meetings regarding changes as needed </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Assist in the design and launch of new projects or programs</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Identify solutions to challenges and opportunities</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Provide training, implement technology and process improvements with the team</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Assist in the training of new staff members on all JFES processes and procedures </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Work closely with Directors and Managers on regional needs and opportunities</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Conduct project work in support of a variety of project types</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Monitor and provide guidance for the execution JFES goals and objectives</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Other opportunities as available</li></ul>

Qualifications:
