<h3>Job Description:</h3>Saab Inc. is looking for an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead onsite cybersecurity efforts for classified programs. This position requires strong expertise in the Risk Management Framework (RMF), defense cybersecurity standards, COMSEC, and technical skills in complex, mission-critical environments. The role is responsible for maintaining the security of the site's classified systems and infrastructure, serving as the facility Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM), and providing expert advice on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The ISSM will work closely with engineering and program leadership to ensure that security governance, risk management, and compliance are integrated throughout all operational and development activities at the site. This position is eligible for Saab, Inc's relocation package. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the execution of business enablement initiatives, incorporating advanced security principles into Classified Cyber programs to manage risk effectively, align with customer requirements, and support program success.</li><li>Provide oversight and guidance to ISSO staff.</li><li>Serve as the ISSM within the site's classified environment.</li><li>Mentor, train, and develop team members to maintain a high-performing classified cybersecurity capability.</li><li>Design, implement, and continuously improve security policies, standards, and processes consistent with DoD, DISA, and RMS requirements.</li><li>Oversee the deployment and validation of security controls across all classified assets, ensuring consistency.</li><li>Direct risk-based assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response activities.</li><li>Advise program and engineering teams on secure architecture, system hardening, and compliance with NIST SP 800-53, DISA STIGs, and relevant frameworks.</li></ul> Compensation:<ul><li>$115,700 - $150,500</li></ul>The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.<h3>Skills and Experience:</h3>Required<ul><li>Active DOD SECRET clearance, with ability to upgrade</li><li>Minimum of eight years' progressive experience in cybersecurity, including at least three years in an ISSM or site leadership role overseeing classified systems.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field or relevant military education & training.</li><li>Subject matter expertise with authorization package submission tools (e.g., eMASS) leading to successful Authorization to Operate (ATO) and Authority to Connect (ATC).</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard Information Assurance tools required for DCSA system authorizations, such as: Vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Evaluate STIG, ACAS), Endpoint protection platforms, SIEM/auditing solutions, eMass</li><li>Experience with the DCSA Assessment and Authorization Guide (DAAG) or DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual.</li></ul>Desired Skills<ul><li>Familiarity with one or more of the following frameworks and guides:</li><li>Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG)</li><li>Committee on National Security Systems Instruction (CNSSI)1253</li><li>NIST SP800-37 Risk Management Framework (RMF)</li><li>NIST SP800-53 Security and Privacy Control Requirements.</li></ul>Citizenship Requirements:Must be a U.S. citizen. Overview:
This opportunity is a 3-month temporary position. It is fully onsite in our Ithaca, NY office.The Deposit Operations Specialist I performs specialized operational duties that support deposit products and data integrity. Processes exception items, completes routine account maintenance, validates reports, and partners with Retail and internal teams to resolve deposit account issues accurately and on time. Team members may be cross trained in foundational deposit operations and may also specialize in one or more focus areas: Deposit Escrow, IRA/HSA, and/or Abandoned Property. This structure promotes collaboration, flexibility, and subject matter expertise while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Team members may rotate or cross-train across focus areas to build broader expertise and support department flexibility. Opportunities for advancement and deeper specialization will be based on performance, interest, and business needs. 

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Perform daily operational tasks such as data entry, account updates, and document processing with accuracy and timeliness.  </li><li>Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines. </li><li>Respond to basic inquiries from internal teams and assist with customer service support. </li><li>Maintain organized records and assist with documentation for audits and reporting. </li><li>Support team members with special projects and department initiatives as needed. </li><li>Help maintain current written procedures for assigned duties. </li><li>Identify and recommend process improvements. </li><li>Support deposit escrow products including account setup, maintenance, and reporting. </li><li>Support IOLA/IOLTA account management, ensuring proper titling, interest processing, and state reporting. </li><li>Maintain accurate records and support customer service teams with escrow-related inquiries. </li><li>Support operational and customer service functions related to IRA and HSA products. </li><li>Partner with internal teams for training, documentation, and system updates. </li><li>Support management of abandoned assets; ensuring procedures are followed. </li><li>Maintain data integrity and accuracy for customer accounts and manage quality assurance of submitted correspondence and documentation. </li><li>Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and laws such as conducting proactive and regulatory outreach to customers.  </li><li>Conduct due diligence outreach and maintain accurate reporting. </li><li>Collaborate with legal, audit, and external agencies to resolve inquiries and maintain data integrity. </li></ul>Support Activities <ul><li>Provide assistance to Retail and Branch staff with account setup and maintenance. </li><li>Help escalate and resolve basic issues related to deposit products. </li><li>Assist with training sessions and documentation updates under supervision. </li><li>Participate in system testing and updates in collaboration with IT and senior staff. </li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree in a business-related field preferred. </li><li>0-2 years of banking or relevant operational experience required. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.  </li><li>Basic problem-solving, and communication skills. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and core banking systems. </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Demonstrates a commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines </li><li>Ability to deliver outstanding client support </li><li>Ability to maintain a positive attitude when working through challenges </li></ul>
