Schedule : Part Time (minimum of 21 hours), Temporary (4 months), fully onsite Reporting to the Managers of Visitor Experience, the Visitor Experience Assistant is a primary representative of the museum for SFMOMA core audiences (members and visitors) and plays a key role in delivering an excellent, welcoming, inclusive, and uniquely SFMOMA visitor experience. VX Assistants work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team to proactively provide all museum guests with a world-class museum experience and in concert with management, regularly seek ways to improve the experience.
