Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year college degree preferred 1+ year of experience with Spirit Halloween preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Publisher, and Excel Ability to travel extensively Self-starter with excellent communication skills Detail-oriented with proven ability to understand and interpret visual presentation directions Mechanical/engineering experience to handle repairs in a timely fashion Ability to work independently as well as in a team environmentThe pay range reflects the potential rate for this role. Collaborate with the Territory Support Manager, Zone Managers, District Managers, and Store Teams to address merchandising challenges and support operational goals Assess and improve visual merchandising presentations, providing feedback to the Zombie Tech Team and Store Experience Team.
