KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: + Collaborate with faculty, researchers, and clinicians to understand project goals and translate them into product requirements + Write clear user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria for the development team + Conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, and feedback synthesis + Partner with UX designers to create intuitive, accessible digital health experiences + Build technical prototypes using modern generative tools + Maintain product roadmaps and communicate priorities to stakeholders + Track product metrics and use data to inform decisions + Coordinate cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle + Support the broader Georgia CTSA mission by ensuring digital tools effectively bridge research and clinical practice MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, healthcare, computer science, HCI, or related discipline) and three years of product management, business analysis, business relationship management and software development experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: + Experience with mobile or web application development processes + Background in user research or UX design + Exposure to healthcare, clinical, or research environments + Proficiency with product tools (Figma, Notion, analytics platforms) + Exposure to use AI for mockups and prototype coding + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across academic and clinical settings + Interest in healthcare, digital health, or translational research + Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies + Analytical mindset with attention to detail NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs.
