ResponsibilitiesEvaluate manufacturing processes and product designs to ensure manufacturability and optimize efficiency for new and existing productsServe as a liaison between Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing to align design intent with production and sourcing requirementsCollaborate with engineering teams using SolidWorks to review design form, fit, and function, and drive cost-effective improvementsDevelop and maintain manufacturing documentation, tooling requirements, and process workflows to support production readinessLead process improvement initiatives, including testing, analysis, and troubleshooting across assemblies, prototypes, ERP data, and quality-related issues. Must Have3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in machining or custom equipment environmentsSolidWorks proficiency with machine design experienceERP experience (Syteline preferred), including troubleshooting legacy data issuesExperience interfacing between Engineering, Procurement, and ManufacturingAbility to translate engineering requirements into manufacturable outputs and procurement-ready specificationsHands-on involvement with shop floor operations, including fixture design, customization, and buildsBackground in machining, custom automation, or fabrication environmentsExperience creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation.
