EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university with a Bachelors Degree with major course work in education, public relations, journalism, mass communications, advertising, or an acceptable related area OR an Associate degree and one (1) year of experience in education, animal services, or related field OR possession of a High School Diploma or equivalency and three (3) years of experience in education, animal services, or related field. Responsible for the development and implementation of the humane education curriculum, programs and policies to respond to specific animal welfare challengers and/or to promote responsible pet ownership and the humane treatment of animals.
