Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lead BAS / DDC Field Technician to support large-scale, mission-critical data center projects across the U.S. This is a hands-on field leadership position for someone who can take ownership of BAS/DDC systems through startup, troubleshooting, commissioning, and final turnover while providing technical direction to other field technicians. The position requires regular work in active construction environments, including standing and walking for extended periods, climbing ladders or stairs, working from lifts, using hand and power tools, wearing required PPE, and lifting or maneuvering materials up to approximately 50 pounds.
