- Proven experience as a QA Tester with ServiceNow platforms with manual testing experience, and experience working with enterprise software in large teams. AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand ServiceNow requirements and create test plans and test cases that align with business needs.
What you’ll do:
• Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for web applications
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Identify, document, and track software defects using established processes
• Test front-end frameworks for functionality, usability, and compatibility
• Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to developers
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and status meetings
• Maintain and update test documentation as needed
What you’ll need:
• 8 years total experience
• 2 years of experience in quality assurance/testing (manual & automated)
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as: JIRA or Confluence
• Experience with Selenium and Cypress
• Experience running queries to validate data
• Experience with Gitlab/Git for source control of code
Bonus points if you have:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 1 year of experience working within AWS cloud infrastructure
• Experience in .Net
• Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Previous experience with automated testing tools & frameworks
• Prior experience in a secure environment
Security Clearance requirement:
Must possess active TS/SCI clearance to be considered for this role.
