Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: - Required Certifications: BLS, WI RN License - Preferred Certifications: ACLS - Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of OR RN experience - Preferred Experience: At least 1 travel contract completed, Charge experience is a plus - Charting Experience Required: Current EPIC within 6 months - Unit Specific Skillset: Orthopedic service line, proficiency with Orthopedic Hana table, Total Knees and Hips, Strong Ortho, cataract procedure, c-section circulator role - Required Education: Associate Degree or Certificate - Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree - Other Qualifications: Hard worker, resilient, manages change well, social candidates - Covid-19 Vaccine: Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies.
