p>What you'll do:

As a Senior Trade Finance Advisor, you''ll be responsible for structuring, analyzing, and supporting trade finance solutions for commercial clients, with a core focus on Commercial Letters of Credit (LCs), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLCs), and Export-Import (EXIM) loan facilities.

• Advise corporate and commercial clients on trade finance solutions, including: import/export commercial letters of credit (LCs), standby letters of credit (SBLCs) for performance and financial obligations, and EXIM loan programs and financing structures.

Minimum 5 years of people management experience required • Track record of closing complex negotiations within the specialty pharmacy arena • Preferred experience includes: • All aspects of distribution • Launch and life cycle management for the distribution process • Experience in Market Access marketing • History of successful negotiations • Broad based knowledge of the Pharma/Biotech industry, healthcare finance, and all forms of product distribution • Firm grasp of legal, regulatory, and compliance issues in the healthcare space • Analytical/strategic thinker with proven ability to: • Conduct situation analysis of the external distribution environment • Synthesize relevant information to develop strategic plans • Understand the best pathway for distribution based on the product and its attributes • Conduct strategic gap analysis and implement metric-based solutions • Strong interpersonal and internal/external relationship-building skills in order to drive change and innovation and succeed in a highly specialized distribution environment • Excellent oral/written communication skills, coupled with exceptional presentation skills, including ability to present to large audiences • Ability to prioritize and manage complex projects, with multiple stakeholders, and drive high-quality results within allotted budget • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 20%).

• Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office Applications - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle/Net Suites, MS Dynamics) • Working knowledge of forecasting software solutions (SAP, JDA, Kinaxis, Demand Solutions) • Working knowledge of BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableaux, Cognos).

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience in trade compliance or a closely regulated field or Associates degree with minimum of 6 years of professional experience or High School Diploma with minimum of 8 years of professional experience. Role and Responsibilities: Oversee export shipment operations by ensuring strict compliance with applicable authorizations, accurately decrementing licenses, and coordinating across departments to proactively resolve shipment-related issues.

• Minimum of three recent experience in trade compliance including, but not limited to, U.S. Customs and Border protection rules and regulations, the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Code, U.S. customs valuation requirements, First Sale, export compliance (for example, EAR and ITAR) including deemed exports, export jurisdiction and classification of complex products, licenses and other ITAR/EAR export authorizations, technology control plans, Consent Agreements, ITAR brokering, Congressional Notification, EAR de minimis guidelines and developing sustainable export compliance programs as an attorney, trade consultant, in-house professional or government official.
