The Skilled Trade Group Leader is responsible for overseeing union hourly associates and supporting leadership, including the General Manager at the General Motors Warren Tech Center, in the planning, administration, and execution of all Plant Operations & Maintenance (POM) activities. They foster a Safety-First culture, promote teamwork, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to support a unified approach to facility maintenance operations in alignment with the General Manager?s strategic direction.
