The successful candidate will partner closely with Legal, Customer Support, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and external trade compliance advisors to manage export classifications, restricted party screening, end-user reviews, licensing determinations, audits, training, and compliance process improvements. Strong working knowledge of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), BIS licensing requirements, OFAC sanctions regulations, restricted party screening, export classifications and licensing, and end-user and end-use controls.
