The Customs Compliance Manager will have responsibility for all Import / Export customs and trade compliance programs with a focus on North America and serve as subject matter expert on all areas of trade compliance including but not limited to the application of Free Trade Agreements (e.g., USMCA), Section 232, Section 301, and IEEPA tariffs, along with Border Security Initiatives (e.g., CTPAT). Supporting of all global auditing of import and export/re-export transactions for the following as applicable: Adherence to procedures; proper documentation, classification, valuation, country of origin; assists; price reconciliation processes; licensing; Free Trade Agreement qualification; record keeping; marking and labelling; statistical reporting; etc.
