We’re looking for a Programmatic Trading Manager to join our team for the 2026 election cycle! The Programmatic Trading Manager oversees Associates and Senior Associates while managing mid-to-large client campaigns. If this sounds like you, please apply!Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc">Oversee day-to-day campaign functions and ensure campaign performance meets or exceeds standards.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Supervise and mentor a team of Associates and Senior Associates, providing training and guidance.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Serve as a trainer for new staff on all platforms and processes.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Manage successful campaigns with measurement elements, including studies and advanced reporting.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign troubleshooting and escalation.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Manage campaign execution for small-to-midsize campaigns.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Stay up to date on digital advertising trends and recommend new products/techniques.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Conduct regular performance reviews for direct reports.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Complete expense reports accurately and on time.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications & Skill Requirement<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc">Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, preferred.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">4+ years of experience with hands-on management of digital media. If this sounds like you, please apply!Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities<ul><li style="line-height:1.38">Provides support to the Programmatic Trading Manager and Programmatic Trading team. </li><li style="line-height:1.38">Primarily responsible for the implementation and day-to-day management of programmatic advertising campaigns. </li><li>Conducts evaluations of available data, follows budgets, and synthesizes data to provide feedback. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Traffic advertising campaigns according to media plans and client requirements, deciding on budget allocations in the mid-seven figures annually.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Conduct data analysis on audience segments and campaign performance and use findings to optimize campaigns. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Adhere to strict standards in both technical and business processes and offer suggestions for improvements in best practices. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Ensure quality control for hundreds of digital advertising campaigns during a major election cycle that meets client’s stated KPIs and objectives. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Oversee the monitoring of client satisfaction metrics, preparing and discussing reports with the manager to decide on necessary corrective actions.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Execute initiatives to identify and leverage opportunities for upselling or expanding services to existing clients, coordinating approval for new offers or significant changes with the manager.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications & Skill Requirement  <ul><li style="line-height:1.38">Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.</li><li>1 or more years of experience in politics or public affairs.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Background in online advertising, RTB ecosystem preferred, along with experience in one or more Demand Side Platforms (DSPs). </li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Experience using ad-serving platforms, such as DoubleClick or Sizmek.
