Provide analytical support in any of the following disciplines: engineering, science, business, financial, cost, or program management, to include analysis, design, development, testing, integration, logistics, program management, cost, financial, or management analysis, or maintenance of systems, processes, programs, offices or products. Use appropriate techniques, processes, procedures, and management tools to design and develop strategic operation plans and S&T Roadmaps, outputs of which are not limited to Business Processes and Workflows, Business Cases Knowledge Management processes and tools, and Capabilities Based Portfolio Analysis.
