To be considered for this opportunity, the following competencies are required: Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and policies governing real property management, including property leasing, tenant and occupancy rights, relinquishments, transfers, easements, right-of-way, and the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act (URA), as applicable to property management activities. I have extensive experience independently interpreting and applying real estate and property management principles, applicable laws and regulations (including RCWs, WACs, and eCFR), and WSDOT or other agency policies to complex property transactions, disposals, leases, or right-of-way matters.
