The Strength & Conditioning Trainer must be able to actively demonstrate exercises and coach hands-on for the duration of scheduled sessions; stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and reach for extended periods; safely spot members during resistance training; and frequently lift, carry, and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Success in this role looks like a full and growing training book, members who see measurable progress and train with confidence, a fitness floor that feels welcoming and expertly supported, and a reputation among members and teammates as the coach who does it right every session.
