PURPOSE OF POSITION: The purpose of the Skills Trainer II position is to provide support, training, transportation, and on-the-job instruction to adults with developmental disabilities who are enrolled in Community Based Employment, day program, and specialized support programs. These programs can include but may not be limited to, specialized programs within external employment sites, Paid Internships, Employment First, Intensive Supported Employment, and all community support programs.
