The Training Specialist will oversee the end-to-end management of the IDES training program, which includes developing and maintaining the overall training program plan, designing and developing engaging and effective curriculum, and conducting needs assessments to identify and address training gaps. Develop, maintain, and update the full suite of PEBLO training materials, which includes creating and conducting annual reviews of the PEBLO computer-based training (CBT), as well as producing slides, flowcharts, checklists, and other training aids as required, ensuring all content meets DoD IDES TSPO guidelines.
