The Accountant is responsible for supporting the organization's day-to-day and month-end accounting functions, including general ledger account reconciliations, journal entries, accounts receivable activities, financial data review, and resolution of accounting discrepancies. This position ensures financial transactions are accurately recorded, properly supported, and processed in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), organizational policies and procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
