Schedule projects for the maintenance work crews, assign projects, staff, vehicles, and equipment, meet regularly with staff to discuss and resolve project schedules, equipment and workload issues, provide assistance and training in technical issues and responsibilities, and work with employees to correct performance deficiencies. The work also requires the ability to balance, climb, crawl, crouch, finger, feel, grasp, handle, reach, perform repetitive motion, kneel, lift, pull, push, stand, stoop, walk, operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment, hear, speak, and demonstrate mental and visual acuity.
